Refund Conditions

1. Registration Fee — ₹500 A registration fee of ₹500 is payable at the time of application or registration. This fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. 2. Admission Fee — ₹800 An admission fee of ₹800 is payable at the time of admission. This fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law. 3. Refund Eligibility Fee — ₹850 Students seeking eligibility to apply for a course fee refund must pay an additional Refund Eligibility Fee of ₹850. Students who do not pay this additional fee will not be eligible to apply under the Institute’s optional refund scheme. Payment of the ₹850 fee does not automatically guarantee eligibility approval or a refund. 4. Course Fee Refund Conditions An application for a course fee refund will be considered only if the student has completed all mandatory training, examinations, coursework, and internship requirements applicable to the enrolled programme, completed document verification, and participated in the prescribed placement process. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with the applicable written placement guarantee period, prescribed job criteria, and other published terms and conditions. 5. Job Offer Policy If a student receives a suitable job offer that meets the prescribed criteria but refuses to join without a valid reason, the student may become ineligible for a placement-based course fee refund. Any job offer that is unsuitable, misleading, or does not meet the prescribed criteria will be assessed separately in accordance with the applicable policy. 6. Examination Fee Examination fees shall be payable separately and are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any mandatory refund requirements. 7. Refund Application Process Students applying for a refund must submit an application in the prescribed format, payment receipts, proof of course and internship completion, and the required placement-related documents. The Institute will review each application in accordance with the published refund policy and applicable law. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. 8. General Terms & Conditions All applicable fees, refund eligibility requirements, and placement-related conditions shall be communicated to students before payment. All refund decisions and payments shall be governed by the applicable written policy and Indian law.
